How long does it take to receive my cards? |

prettypress.com will contact you within 1 business day after receiving your order. Once your order is confirmed and the details are discussed & finalized, we will send you a proof within 1-2 business days. Your order will then be printed & shipped within 5 business days after your proof is approved. |

Why does it take a few days to print my order? |

All of our cards are printed just for you. We do not pre-print our designs and add your information afterwards like other large stationery companies. This allows our customers to change the colors or border of their cards and/or mix and match designs from several cards... for no additional charge! We want you to have a truly unique card and sometimes it takes a few days to print & assemble them for you. Often they are ready to ship in 1-2 days. |

How can I get my cards right away or as soon as possible? |

For those of you who waited until the last minute to place an order, we offer RUSH ORDER terms. Your proof will be generated in 1 business day and your cards will be printed and shipped in 1-2 business days. A $25 fee and express shipping fees may apply. |

How can I customize my card? |

All of our cards are printed just for you. Feel free to change the colors or border of your card and/or mix and match designs from several cards... for no additional charge! Some cards have a place to add your initials and all of our cards are personalized with your name and/or information. Custom designs are also available and include a design fee added on to the card price. Design fees vary depending upon the complexity of the design and the amout of time it takes. Please call or email us to discuss your situation. We enjoy making one-of-a-kind-designs. |

How do I send you my photographs? |

If your photos are in digital format, you can send them via email (email prettypress.com). Digital photos should be saved as .jpeg files at 300 dpi with no compression. When we receive your photo we will tell you if there are any problems with it. If you do not have your photos in digital format and do not have access to a scanner, we will be happy to scan them in for you. Please mail them to us (view contact info). Once we have scanned in your photos, we will send them back to you with your order. |

Are proofs included with my order? |

Yes. All orders include an email proof and 1 revision. Please take enough time to review your proof completely. Additional revisions are charged $5 each. Once approved, your order will be printed exactly as it appeared on the proof. |

Do you have a minimum order? |

Yes. Our minimum is 25 cards. Prices are typically given in 25 card increments but feel free to order the quantity you want. |

What is your cancellation policy? |

It depends upon the stage of your order. If we have not started on your order, then there is no charge. If we have put together your proof, there is a charge of $10. If we have already received your final approval on the proof, you will be responsible for the total order cost. |

What is your policy on errors and mistakes? |

| |

|
Unfortunately, errors sometimes happen when dealing with custom card orders. The best way to avoid them is to review your proof carefully and only approve it once you are completely satisfied that the design, wording, spelling, etc. are all exactly as you want them. If prettypress.com makes an error we will re-print your cards as soon as possible and send them to you via next-day shipping. If you approve your proof and then discover an error after your order has printed, you are responsible for all costs. Re-prints are priced at 75% of the original cost.

prettypress.com ships UPS and we offer Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day & Ground. Envelopes can be pre-shipped for an additional charge. |
